Let us introduce you to a sport that shakes and jiggles the country and is safe for all ages.
We use your students, teachers, and community VIP’s to participate in this evening of fun. We will need anywhere from 10-15 matches which will consist of Tag teams or single matches.
Completely self-contained ring, sound, MC and referee.
This event can be held indoors or outdoors.
(Gymnasium, cafeteria, field house etc.)

THE FOLLOWING IS STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR A
JELLO WRESTLING FUNDRAISER EVENT.
TICKET AND FLYERS
- Tickets and flyers will be furnished by us, at no charge to sponsor.
- Place flyers in your school, local businesses, etc.
- Tickets prices will be no less than $5.00/$6.00 advance and no less than $7.00 at the door night of the event.
- All money will be handled by the school, with all advance sales closing no later than the day before the scheduled event is to take place.
- Sponsor will be responsible for sales of all tickets sold in davance and door.
- Promoters staff member will take tickets night of event.
UPON COMPLETION OF EVENT, ALL MONIES WILL BE TALLIED ALL ADVANCE AND DOOR TICKETS MUST BE RETURNED TO PROMOTER AT THAT TIME.
EARNINGS: $1200.00 Flat Fee - VS - a 60/40 Split, whichever is greater.
(Gross sales are $2500.00, 60% of $2500.00 = $1500.00)
(Gross sales are $1350.00, 60% of $1350 = $810.00)
In this case the promoter would take the flat fee because it would be greatest.
ALL FEES DUE PROMOTER MUST BE PAID UPON COMPLETION
OF EVENT. PLEASE HAVE CASH, IF A CHECK IS PAID, IT MUST BE MADE
PAYABLE TO: BRUCE ROSENBAUM.
ALL WRESTLERS REGARDLESS OF AGE MUST SIGN A
RELEASE/RULES/REGULATIONS SHEET.

DRESS AND WRESTING CODE:
STUDENTS 18 AND UNDER MAY NOT CO-ED WRESTLE.
BOYS: Swim trunks, shorts, sweats, or wrestling uniform, T-shirts depend on the school for boys wear.
GIRLS: One piece swimsuit, with t-shirt and short over.
Costumes, music and stage names must be decided and all music must be approved by the school advisor for the event.
NO FOUL LANGUAGE WILL BE PLAYED.
Wrestlers must report one/half to one hour prior to show event, for briefing by the promoters staff member.

Gym/Field House/Indoors Preferred
Outdoors, Optional due to the weather elements

RING SIZE:
12 x 12 Padded Ring, with rope /8” center, and 10”-12” side paddings
Ropes and Corners padded. Carpet walkways from ring to doors leading out of gym only.
Tarps/and or plastic on floor around ring.

|
|
PROMOTERS JOB:
Clean up all wrestling material, within the tarped/plastic area only
Promoter’s staff member to take tickets night of event at the gym door.
PROMOTER DOES NOT CLEAN UP LOCKER ROOMS OR REMOVE
ANY WRESTLING CLOTHES OFF THE GYM FLOOR.

SPONSOR’S RESPONSIBILITY:
- Security
- Ticket Sellers
- Wrestling Participants
- Adult Supervision in each locker room
- Hot Water, before, during and after event
- Access to locker room for clean up Promoters Equipment
- Ice: (for jello only) 140-160 lbs.
- Concessions will be up to sponsors.
- Cost of ingredients chosen to wrestle in, will be split evenly, between sponsor and promoter
